How Much Does A Visor

DELIVER REMAINS OF VICTIMS OF Ticlla - HUAMANGA

Today, Friday 27 August at 10 am, at the facilities of the Forensic Research Laboratory Ayacucho, we proceeded with the delivery of the skeletal remains of Paulino Lopez Barboza, Eduardo Silva Rojas, Melquiades Espinoza Yupanqui Earl Benjamin Yupanqui, and Serafin Manuel Sulca Sulca Santiago Santiago, villagers of San Jose District Ticlla.

Humble peasants that the July 2, 1984, were arbitrarily detained along with other community members of Ticlla, by soldiers and taken to the post Rumichaca detachment, instead of which never made it out alive and so far, no destination was learned they ran.

Relatives of Paulino, Eduardo, Melquiades, Benjamin, Manuel and Serafin, after a lifelong struggle for 26 years, often misunderstood and silenced, finally found the remains of their loved ones, now their families will be given a Christian burial .

As the representative of the community, called on the noblest minds of Huamanca for the pain and bloodshed are not in vain, but rather serve to achieve a better life for Ayacucho and Peruvians.
